I actually moved from California to Kennesaw for this job. What I like the most about the company is that they allow me to visit my family back home on a consistent basis and that was the most important part for me.

They want you to succeed and they really want to see you do good. If you don't really know much or if you have any questions, they're always there to help you. So this is my first job, and I'm loving it.
I was always very lucky to work with a great, supportive team. KNAPP US adopted a lot of cool things from the headquarters such as team events, happy hours and shorter Austrian Fridays.
KNAPP helps with providing quite a bit of online training on a regular basis, as well as engineering trainings overseas. I would say my most memorable moment would be when I was taken up on stage at the global sales meeting in Austria, and I was honored for my 20 years anniversary and talked about my experience with KNAPP.
Some advice that I have would be to just enjoy the great culture that KNAPP has as well as the cool people and great benefits!
